Hi, I'm Trish from a' Touch of Magic'.
My business is based in Carrigaline, Co. Cork and I have a passion for anything sweet! I'm a cake geek!
I am HACCP certified and health board approved which is a must for anyone thinking of supplying the public! All my cakes are hand-made, designed and hand-crafted to your specifications and can be made in a variety of flavours and fillings. An icing service is also available. As a gold medal winner in the wedding catergory you can expect the very best.
I would like to think that all my cakes are individually tailored and I offer a bespoke service to my customers. I have had the honour of being televised by Nationwide for a fly on the wall documentary leading up to one of our Cork Sugarcraft competitions where I won Gold for the wedding cake class twice in a row! R.T.E. again approached me to participate in the childrens programme 'Satitude' where I had a ready, steady decorate.. for kids working against the clock! I have been asked to do many demonstrations and needless to mention I love to talk!
My business has gone from strength to strength and 'A Touch of Magic' has certainly made its mark in the industry, when I receive post that's addressed to 'The Cake Lady' Carrigaline... and it reaches me I must be doing something right!
